About Me
My name is Jodie Brooks, and I am an authorised Marriage Celebrant. As well as officiating weddings, I can perform vow renewals, commitment ceremonies, baby naming ceremonies, funerals, and MC for weddings.
Becoming a Celebrant has been a natural progression for me because it encompasses all the things I love to do. I love to help people, I love to organise events, I love to write, and I love a good ceremony!
Having served in the military for many years I understand the importance of precision, attention to detail, and creating a sense of unity. My military experience has instilled in me a deep respect for tradition and the value of honouring individuals and their unique journeys.
Over the years I have progressed into the corporate world of consulting where I’ve developed exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. I love to connect with people from all walks of life, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
As a proud mother of two daughters and a doting grandmother, I value the importance of family and cherish the moments that bring loved ones together. I understand the significance of celebrating life's precious milestones and believe that each ceremony should be a unique and unforgettable experience.
